Path-Now is the matchmaker between individuals looking for services and those providing them.

The purpose

The prime purpose is a tutorial video that shows individuals how to create their profile/account on Path-Now and how it works. The explainer should describe all the steps that will taken while using the Path-Now platform. The video should present the user interface of the application. Also, the explainer must emphasize that Path-Now is the only service in California that provides custom matching percentages for individuals to find services that meet their unique needs and preferences.

The solution

Based on all client requests, the video highlights services for the IDD community that are difficult to find and how they could be made easy with Path-Now. The tutorial video ensures that the main idea is presented to the audience. The key point for the video is a visualization of a step-by-step process starting from visiting the platform, creating an account, entering information, and generating custom-matched organizations.
