Insurance Explainer Videos – Supplement Insurance
About the project:
This video was created for Americo, an insurance company to represent their special offer - Medigap. Medigap is an insurance policy that is regulated and standardized by the government. Here we tried to express all the negative sides of nowadays and to show how hard it is to live fully for people of retirement age. Emotional music in the background, muffled colors and smooth animation with characters really did their thing in the final version.
The purpose
Americo Financial Life & Annuity Insurance Company ordered the video about their new insurance service - Medigap. Our team should show in the explainer video that Medicare covered about 80% of the medical expenses. As well, Medigap plans were regulated and standardized by the government. We needed to explain to the audience that the plans of the new service helped fill in those gaps left behind by Original Medicare, such as deductibles and coinsurance or copays.
The solution
Our team made the decision to make the video in 2D isometric animation style. The video for Americo was completed with the use of a corporate color palette. The video script comprised all the information about the Medigap offer provided by the client. All the client’s vision and mission of the company and its service were fully described in the video. For the full audience interaction with the product, we proposed the client have some old-aged characters in the video.
